Merlin the Dog needs a home
Merlin is a 4 year old Catahoula/Shar Pei Mix who loves being outside and having his bummy scratched!
Merlin was turned in to Maricopa County Animal Care & Control as stray and was placed on the euthanasia list for being human aggressive. A sweet boy that was bummed to be in the pound, knew sit and shake and rubbed up against the chainlink fence for love, we would have never guessed. Merlin is completely potty trained and crate trained. We are still working with him on a leash and a few other manners. He adores being outside and would stay out all day if it were up to him. He doesn't think he's a lap dog, which is good at 92 pounds! But he does like attention. He seems fine with other dogs of any size but hasn't been tested with cats. Due to his rating, we would only be comfortable with Merlin going to an adult-only household. Merlin is a great boy and is ready for a family to call his own!
Merlin is neutered, current on Rabies, 4-1 and Bordatella vaccines and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $100.
